Barangaroo, Soil Science Wizards
Graham Ross from Better Homes and Gardens recently described Barangaroo as “an Iconic Waterside Park” and “a gift to all Australians”.
A stunning 6-hectare man made reserve that opened in 2015 on the foreshores of Sydney’s CBD featuring botanical gardens and plants that are indigenous to the harbour.
So, you could image how honoured SESL were to be involved in re-creating this naturalistic headland park. Watch the episode, and you’ll see Graham talking with SESL’s founder Simon Leake about how the team at SESL used science to construct the tens of thousands tonnes of soil that was needed for this remarkable site.
