Situated in Sydney's burgeoning Innovation and Technology Precinct, the Atlassian Sydney Headquarters will soar 180 metres high, spanning 40 floors and featuring a youth hostel occupying the lower levels. Set to be finalized by 2025 and anticipated to host 25,000 workers, this groundbreaking 40,000m2 commercial tower marks a pioneering global achievement.

The design sets a new standard with its timber construction complemented by a glass and steel facade, boasting a seamless blend of outdoor and indoor spaces across its towering 40 storeys.

From a civil engineering standpoint, we've meticulously crafted and coordinated the project, integrating new major stormwater service connections, flood protection measures, and public domain coordination to cater to both current needs and future development.

The design of this State Significant Development prioritizes lateral stability, steel composite design, timber design, and exoskeleton steel design. Given its adjacency to platform one at Central Station, the development required approval from Transport for NSW (TfNSW). As experts in transport and infrastructure, TTW serves as the TfNSW Approved Engineering Organisation (AEO) for the project.
