Stephen CoxSoil Scientist
Stephen Cox is a soil scientist who assists a wide range of clients including landscape architects, local government, soil suppliers and project managers in understanding soil issues from an environmental and horticultural perspective.
Stephen has worked on a range of projects including acid sulphate soil investigations, groundwater monitoring, urban soil specification and design, site-specific soil amendment planning and contaminated land assessments. He is especially interested in the beneficial re-use of soils and has a keen passion for promoting the understanding that soil is a living medium.
He holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Geosciences (Monash University) and worked as a laboratory assistant in the geotechnical industry before joining SESL in 2017.
